Sign up for Automatic Reload¶
Automatic Reload lets you keep your campaigns up and running by maintaining a minimum account balance. Once you enable Automatic Reload, funds are auto-loaded into your account when your account balance falls below a certain amount.
Note that you must set up the reload amount to a minimum of $25.
How To Sign Up for Auto-Reload¶
Follow these steps:
Click OK, sign me up. The Sign Up for Electronic Payment screen appears.
Under Payment Amount, enter the amount of money you want to add to your account. Under Automatic Reload, turn automatic reload slider button to On.
Enter the Reload Amount to add to your account once your balance falls below 0.05.
Click Continue.
Edit Your Auto-Reload Settings¶
Once you set up automatic reload, you can edit your Automatic Reload settings at anytime.
Follow these steps:
In the top-right corner of the Native UI, click the settings icon.
Select Billing from the dropdown menu. The dialog with your billing information appears.

You can toggle the Auto-Reload On/Off button to set auto-reload which securely adds funds to your account whenever your balance falls below 10% of your reload amount. Note that this feature is only available for pre-pay.

Under Automatic Reload:
Turn the automatic reload slider button to Off to turn it off.
Turn the automatic reload slider button to On to turn it on.
Add funds to automatically reload your account when the balance falls below a certain amount. Note that a minimum amount of $25 is required to maintain automatic reload on.
Click Save Changes.
