Upload/Download Bulk Entities¶

To upload or download any of your Bulk entities, you can access the dropdown menu for Upload/download. For your accounts, campaigns and ad groups, you’ll have additional options and download levels, as shown below in the steps describing each workflow.

The following steps represent new workflows for Bulk downloads in the Native UI.

Accounts Workflow¶

To download a file in the accounts workflow, do this:

Click the checkbox for the account you wish to download.
Select the Download accounts menu item from the Upload/download dropdown menu.

Identify the options and download levels available.

You can select the levels that you want to download. By default, campaigns are selected. The combinations that are allowed include:

Campaigns, Ad Groups, Ads, Keywords (all levels)

In the Download account panel, select the download content you wish in Bulk.

Click Download once you’ve completed your selections.

Campaigns Workflow¶

To download a file in the campaigns workflow, do this:

Click the checkbox for the campaign you wish to download.
Select the Download bulk menu item from the Upload/download dropdown menu.

To download a file in the ad group workflow, do this:

Custom Filename for Download Bulk Option¶

The campaign and adgroup download bulk option in the Native UI has been enhanced to include a Custom File Name capability. You can use an optional prefix to attach to a system-generated filename.

Simply enter the file name in the Custom filename field.
