Overview¶
Audience Insights reports provide insights based on the following Purchases modules:

Unless noted otherwise, data is based on the previous 30 days of active users for a specific country.
Purchase Categories¶
The Purchase Categories (Level 1) and Purchase Categories (Level 2) reports provide insights based on Purchase Categories module data.
Purchase Categories module data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine purchase information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Includes third-party data sources.
Age and Gender Distribution for Purchases¶
The Age & Gender for Purchases, Age for Purchases, and Gender for Purchases reports provide insights based on Age and Gender Distribution for Purchases module data.
Age and Gender Distribution for Purchases module data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine purchase & demographic information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Includes data verification by third-party sources.
- Data excludes all consumers under 18 years of age before the distribution is calculated.
Top Selling Domains¶
Top Selling Domains module data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine purchase information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Displays top 25 products based on volume.
Top Selling Products¶
The Top Selling Products (Frequent), Top Selling Products (Matched), and Top Selling Products (Relevant) reports provide insights based on Top Selling Domains module data.
Top Selling Products data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine purchase information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Displays top 25 products based on volume.
- Filters out sensitive product names such as adult entertainment.
- Frequent Tab corresponds to most frequent purchases made by selected audience using the filters on the left.
- Relevant Tab corresponds to most relevant purchases by selected audience compared to baseline using the filters on the left. Relevancy is determined by standardized Inverse Document Frequency algorithm for search.
Payment Method¶
Payment Method data is based on information collected from consumer IDs with a high degree of confidence in purchase info.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
Event Types¶
Event Tyeps data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine event information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Displays top 25 events based on volume.
Movie Events¶
Movie Events data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine movie information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Displays top 25 movies based on volume.
Live Events¶
Live Events data is based on information collected from consumer IDs where we can determine event information using standard Oath methodologies.
- Includes all Yahoo data sources.
- Displays top 25 events based on volume.
